These terms apply to your use of this website and to pest control services supplied by Stain Busters Pest Control Wagga ("we", "us"). By booking a service or using this site you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information you give us and what we find on inspection. Prices can change if the problem is bigger or different to what was described. We will tell you before we carry out any extra work.

Our guarantee

We guarantee all work and your satisfaction and value. The specific terms of the guarantee for each service, including what is covered and for how long, will be confirmed in your quote or service paperwork. The guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us safe access to the areas to be treated.
  • Follow our preparation and after-treatment instructions, including keeping people and pets out of treated areas where advised.
  • Tell us about allergies, health conditions, pets, or anything we should know before we treat.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a booking. Call us on 02 6931 2755 or email wagga@stainbusters.com.au.

Results and pest activity

Pests are living things and conditions around a property change. We treat the problem found at the time and give advice to reduce the chance of it returning, but we cannot promise a property will never see a pest again.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of resupplying it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
